My son loves his strawberry vibrating teether.
Big items, my baby loves his jumperoo. Medium size items, he has a play table that the legs come off of that sits on the floor and sings and plays music and talks to you (Which is still, hands down, my best consignment store purchase) and small items would have to be (for me) the linking rings, because you can hang TONS of stuff on them in different ways and in different lengths. When he was first getting mobile, I'd hang his toys off of chairs, then we hung things on the crib, and in the car and up higher for him.
