Here's What I Think: Okay so it's not incredibly comfortable at first but you adapt to it really quickly. I noticed that my posture was a lot better than normal because it just feels right. I have been wearing it as often as I can and I feel like it's having a positive effect on my waistline. I certainly look better in my clothing.
