There is on aspect of pregnancy that is not always discussed but affects almost every woman. And that is the sensitive topic of "Peeing your pants"! It is sad but very true that you are more than likely to have an accident more than a few times through out your pregnancy. It is actually the sheer anatomy and biology of being pregnant. During the first trimester, your blood volume increases to supply the right nutrients while the baby making shop is established.
